I reserve the right to reject any commission request that I do not feel comfortable doing or that does not adhere to these guidelines.*All works will have a signature and a watermark; NEITHER CAN BE REMOVED!*I may keep recordings of any drawings to use for my own promotion.*My prices are set and not up for negotiation. They are subject to change.Payment*I can only accept USD.*All payments must go through PayPal.*Payment will be split 50% upon starting and 50% upon completion or can be 100% up front. I WILL NOT BEGIN ANY WORK UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.*I will not accept payment BEFORE agreeing to take the commission. If payment is sent prior to agreement it will be sent back and I will refuse to take the commission.*If, after completion, I do not receive final payment I will give small grace and send a polite reminder. If payment is not received after 24 hours you will be banned from commissioning me again.I understand money struggles and life happening and am willing to work with you if you are polite and talk to me first, but DO NOT commission ANY artist if you know you will not be able to pay them. That is unfair to the people who put their time and effort into this!Process*I have a form I will send you for general character commissions. On top of filling this out I will also ask questions and encourage you to tell me anything you can or want to tell me about the character to ensure I can draw them as accurately as possible!*I will always welcome picture references or Pinterest boards!*I will send initial sketches for poses and rough details for approval and changes. This could happen once or multiple times depending on the type of commission and its complexity.*You will have full collaborative input for color choices, poses, etc. I want to make this as accurate to your vision as possible!*I do have an IRL job so the time it takes to complete a piece may vary. I will always try to finish it as soon as I can, but please be patient with me 🙏. Times can vary from 1 day to a couple months depending on outside influences.*If any changes are requested after completion I may request a small fee depending on the scope of the change. If it was a misunderstanding on my part no fee will be applied!*Once completed I will send the fully finished piece as either a .png or .jpeg. I DO NOT OFFER PHYSICAL MEDIA. I AM SO SORRY.Copyright*As the artist I hold all rights to the art itself. I will never claim the characters as my own, but the art will remain mine.*I reserve all rights to post the work on my socials, websites, any videos or to print it out and use it for self promotion.*You are more than welcome to post it as well or to print it out, use it for personal promotion, etc. I will not require you to credit me, but PLEASE DO NOT CLAIM THE ART WORK AS YOUR OWN.*You MAY NOT monetize it in any way. This includes, but is not limited to:
-Selling it in any form
-Monetized videos via YouTube, Twitch, etc. where it is the sole focus.
PLEASE RESPECT THE TIME AND EFFORT PUT INTO IT BY MYSELF AS THE ARTIST!!*Removing my signature or mark, or altering the art in any way without my consent will be seen as infringement and will be reported to any platform it is posted on. You will also be banned from requesting commissions from me again.I may add to these terms at any time as needed. Commissioning me will be seen as an agreement of these terms.
